I first met Patricia when she planned a very special birthday party for me in NYC. Her attention to detail was life saving and her niche for finding the perfect location was breath tacking. Everyone had a wonderful time that night and the memories have lasted on. That is what I think [she] does best with the events she plans…creating memories that people will talk about for years to come. When she moved to South Florida she remembered me and my company and she allowed us the chance to return the favor when she made the decision to re brand her company. It was a pleasure again working with her. The energy and focus not to mention collaboration made my job all the easier. I hope she is as pleased with the work I did for her as I am of the wonderful evening spent with great friends, mouth watering food and spectacular setting that she planned for me……
Patricia is an event planner extraordinaire. She is an amazing organizer who truly can create a successful fundraiser/party/event. She has wonderful connections and exemplary taste. She remains calm and unruffled in the most difficult of situations–a joy to work with. I highly recommend her.
Five stars all the way…… Patricia worked with us for about a year to make my daughter’s wedding flawless….. Our guests had only to nod and someone was there to take care of their needs….
To say that I was impressed … would be an understatement. From the initial proposal process, to the tasting, site walk-thru, ongoing communications, and day-of execution, they knocked it out of the park. Patricia was professional, responsive, and provided superb customer service and consultation. Although our wedding reception was for fewer than 20 people and undoubtedly she had other (and larger) clients, she always made us feel that we were her #1 priority. The food, staff, service, and ultimate flow of events on the big day was nothing short of fabulous. Guests are still raving about the food (especially the filet mignon) and how elegant everything turned out.
Without hesitation, I would recommend …. to any bride-to-be, and frankly to anyone looking to have an event planned with class.
The best part of [our wedding] was finding Patricia Simitakos. From day number one, she was there with me every step of the way (even before she had a signed contract) . Always available for my questions, concerns, my 2 tastings and EVERYTHING!! She made the whole experience pleasant and easier. Patricia went above and beyond and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process as well. Never pushy, went at my pace 100% of the time.

Our wedding [was] at the Winery at Bull Run in October 2013. The food was truly amazing! Our guests loved the meal! We could not have been happier.. One of the biggest reasons for that was our coordinator, Patricia… she is incredible!! She made our entire process so simple and she was on top of every detail. She provided guidance and advice to help us make our decisions, but always highlighted that our wedding was for us and she was willing to make anything happen. I cannot say enough. From the very beginning of the planning process.. was wonderful. She understood my vision and offered great suggestions to add to it. Patricia ..handled our day of planning and was fantastic. She was responsive and flexible. She and the staff (along with the Winery at Bull Run) set up everything beautifully and were great during the whole day. The food was AMAZING and I am still receiving compliments…. I highly recommend!!
