How We Work

A TSE event is a team effort and we use all of our resources to ensure you have the best experience. Our founder Trish Simitakos personally works on each event ensuring you have all the support needed to make the experience flawless.

 

Our core value is based on Service. We do what it takes to do it right.

 

Below are our three most popular packages that can easily be tailored to weddings, corporate dinners and galas, birthday parties, product launches, conferences, retirement celebrations or other special events. All rates are custom tailored to your specific needs and agreed upon before we get started. We love surprise parties, not surprise invoices.

1. Focused Assistance

Has your event or meeting become too large a task for your organization to bear alone? The TSE team can be the perfect outside set(s) of hands to aid your team on a by-event basis.

 

The Focused Assistance package is best suited for corporate clients with pre-established concepts looking to offload specific elements of the meeting and production project plan.

What You Can Expect:

We can help you identify the specific area of focus that will help you the most, including but not limited to:

  1. Organizing and managing attendance and RSVPs
  2. Coordinating check-in or registration
  3. Assisting with sponsor acquisition and management
  4. Sourcing vendors or venues
  5. Volunteer management

 

We will sit down with you to outline the scope of work and provide a projected number of hours to complete our part as it complements your team’s work.

2. The Closer

 

Closer (n): a senior or experienced person experienced in closing difficult deals.

 

Now let’s apply that definition to your event:

 

Have you secured many of the vendors you need, but not all? Do you need help organizing what you have booked so far, making sense of your vision, identifying gaps and issues, and then providing the service needed to complete the day?

 

Then this partial planning package is for you!

What You Can Expect:

  1. A review of your existing work on the event (social or corporate) to this point
  2. Identifying the key items still need to be completed
  3. Designing a plan to complete all remaining logistical details
  4. A proven team of professionals to see your event through until the final cleanup has happened!

3. The All-Inclusive

 

This package is for those who have for the feeling or mood they want to capture at their event, but want (or need) someone else to bring it to life from conception to design, vendor sourcing and full implementation.

 

With this package you get Trish’s personal attention and full access to all of our vendor and team resources to make your wedding, dinner party, fundraiser or meeting what you envision.

What You Can Expect:

  1. An event designed to work within your vision and financial expectations
  2. Access to all our of professional tools, contacts and resources to make sure every detail and concept is fulfilled to your satisfaction.
  3. All details leading up to the event will be outlined for all parties involved and accounted for the TSE team

 

Overall it comes down to this: we do the legwork and you enjoy both the planning process and your event. Simple as that!
